Questions? We’ve Got You

No, we accept properties across the UK. As we’re based in London, we verify these first, then the rest of England and the wider UK. Please bear with us if you submit from outside London, as it may take a little longer.
There’s no way of knowing for certain, but our Signs to Spot guide shows the most common indicators that a property may be abandoned. If you are still unsure, feel free to send it in.
We aim to verify within 14 days. For properties outside London, it can take up to 28 days, as London submissions are prioritised.
  • £20 reward: Gift voucher (sent within 2 business days) or bank transfer (up to 10 business days).
  • 1% payment: Cheque or bank transfer
No, these don’t qualify, as they’re already on the market. (See our requirements for details.)
No — you can submit as many properties as you like. The more you submit, the more you can earn.
No — please submit a photo you’ve taken yourself, so we know the property’s condition is current.
We provide a finder’s fee agreement for you to sign, so everything is clear and guaranteed.
Just a photo of the property, the address, and a short note on why you believe it’s abandoned. The more details you provide, the better — even small things you think might not matter can help us verify the property and contact the owners more quickly, which could speed up your payout.

Yes, you’ll still receive the £20 reward, as long as we verify that the property is derelict. The £20 is for your effort in spotting, not the outcome of the purchase.
